General Information

Useful information for the visitors:

- Always carry your ticket with you. Festival security staff will be making regular checks and you will be obliged to show your ticket at any time.

- Purchasing a festival ticket you are obliged to accept and follow the terms and conditions of the Festival events.

- Duration of your admission to the Festival is only defined by the type of your ticket. You have the right to leave the premises within 10 hours after the expiration of your ticket.

- Re-admission to the site after the ticket has expired is only valid at formal points of ticket distribution.

- It is strictly forbidden to bring bottles or any other dangerous materialó in the establishment of the event. Festival Security staff will be carrying out regular checks to all the visitors.

- Persons suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be denied entrance to the Festival area.

- Any kind of flammable materials in the Festival area are strictly forbidden

- The Organising Committee are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event - including damage and losses to property, if the cause is due to the unforeseeable actions of other visitors.

- Always check your personal belongings. The Organising Committee are unable to accept liability for any losses and offer any kind of refund.

- The Organising Committee forbids any kind of purchase, trading or advertising promotion without the Committee’s consent.

- The Organising Committee with the help of Security Staff has the right to interfere to any illegal action, following legal procedures in order to protect campers and the values the festival represents.

- Any illegal copy or promotion of festival tickets aiming to an economical deception of the Organising Committee will face legal action.

- In the event of cancellation of the event, festival tickets will be refunded. In such an event further information will be provided by the official Ardas Festival Website and the Media.

- The use of specific audiovisual material (such as video and tape recording of the event) is strictly forbidden.

- Parts of festival will be recorded. Any person attending the Festival consents to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience in such instances whereby recording and filming occurs.

First Aid

There is support all the time for five(5) days, with:
- ambulance
- clinician & resident doctors
- voluntarism support
